I graduated from BA (Hons) Graphic Design at UEL in 2007. This forward-thinking (with emphasis on the thinking) course lead me to an intern-ship with Jonathan Barnbrook in 2008. Whilst there I met graphic and type designer Marcus Leis-Allion (UNDT) with whom I subsequently developed ideas and writing, as well as running a design-meets-theory reading group. Freelance work continued. In my personal practice I’m interested in exploring where design operates in relation to political action and within an increasingly digital world. I also do restaurant menus. Get in touch. Image: A view of London, 2013.
I graduated from BA (Hons) Graphic Design at UEL in 2012 and have since worked across a range of different design disciplines including exhibition, graphic, interaction and product, and using a wide variety of media such as print, film, video and web. Projects I have worked on include a collaboration with graphic design studio Åbäke and artist/architect Fritz Haeg called Animal Estates for the Port of Rotterdam (shown above). I’ve also worked on advertising projects for clients such as Wieden+Kennedy and INT Works. More recently I have been working with sound artist/
Graduating from UEL in 2014, and feeling as though the only direction I wanted to go in as a graphic designer would be to continue to design everything I am interested in (clothing, nightlife, music graphics and film photography), I have let this lead the way into finding my place in the design world. Since graduating I have landed a freelancing position at graphic design studio/printer/publisher/gallery space/shop Ditto Press which has been perfect as I have the opportunity to work on projects that involve my interests as well as match the ridiculous and unconformable nature of my work.

I am a graphic designer, sort of. I trained as one at the University of East London (graduating in 2013), with particular focus on typography and printed media. I currently work and research within the spectrum of design possibilities facilitated by traditional visual communication and a critical approach to and the use of technologies. I am particularly interested in interaction through sound and DIY electronics. I am currently undertaking an MA at the Royal College of Art in Information Experience Design. Also a spare-time VJ.
